SEI Connect provides easy access to client's investments and connects them to their financial advisor. This allows clients to make confident financial decisions together with their advisor.
This project was intiated to improve the user experience for investors using the desktop and native mobile apps. The updated design was required to support white labeling and multiple color schemes for financial firm's custom branding.
PREPAID DIGITAL SOLUTIONS:
Prepaid Digital Solutions is a payment platform that delivers funds to recipients of gift cards, refunds, incentives, rebates and GIG work.
The goal was to modernize the user interface and workflow for the Onbe desktop and mobile payment patform. The new design was also required to support custom branding and unique URLs for premier clients such as T-Mobile, Johnson & Johnson and Volkswagen.
INTERACTIVE PROMOTIONAL SITES:
Examples of promotional sites designed to educate and inform clients of the benefits of Onbe products.
The marketing department requested my assistance to design several interactive landing pages to promote Onbe products and services.
TAX & ACCOUNTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
Early stage workflows, wire frames and mock-ups for the CCH Tax and Accounting software support web site.
The current site was not compliant with Wolters Kluwer branding standards and too many customers were using the call center for simple issues. I made keyword search the main focus of the site to funnel users into knowledge-base pages, reduced access to the customer support phone number and updated navigation and CSS styles to the branding standards.
CCH INTELLICONNECT:
Enabled customers to perform tax research within the CCH libraries that they subscribed to on the Internet.
Two customer segments had to be accomodated. Older customers familiar with the print products needed a method to browse through their publications, while younger customers familiar with the Internet needed a robust search to find answers to complex tax issues. The platform was designed to allow customers to easily search and browse the content that they subscribed to.
CALCULATORS, LOOK-UPS & PLUG-INS:
Modernized numerous value-add applications included with customer's subscriptions.
Older applications did not use responsive design and were not branding compliant. I provided developers with mock-ups and CSS mark-up using the Wolters Kluwer CSS framework that supports responsive design and is branding compliant.
MOTION DESIGN:
Examples of promotional and communication videos for customers and employees.
I used Adobe Premiere and Animate to create these videos that were shown in Onbe's lobby, company meetings and sales training.
